Pet Transport

We offer a convenient collection/delivery service in our modern air conditioned transport, to the areas listed below on a Monday, Wednesday & Friday (unless these are a public holiday) usually between 6:00am – 9:00am to fit in with work commitments. We do not offer this service on weekends or public holidays. (Please let us know if you need to leave your address by a certain time so that we can look to fit it in with you).

We only collect and deliver to a responsible person at home addresses and never from or to an unoccupied premises for safety reasons.

We supply all food, bowls, bedding and care whilst in attendance at Sparrows in the Treetop for both dogs & cats. We will remove your dog’s collar and return this to you for safety reasons.

As we comply with all dog-boarding Legislation and Codes of Practice, identification of your pets is maintained throughout their stay with us.

We do require sighting a current Certificate of Vaccination (Passport to Sparrows!) please ensure this is handy at the time of collection.

Please ensure cats are secured in a small room like a laundry, bathroom or en-suite prior to collection for convenience of all parties.

As traffic and the time spent at each address may vary, we are unable to provide a more precise time, and we offer a range of times that are convenient to most customers.

Management may vary times and consider exceptional circumstances at a moderate fee.
