  • Our dog went to Sparrows on a regular basis when I was a kid. I remember how much he loved going there, & as happy as he was to see us pick him up, he would have been quite happy to stay there longer! This was over 30 years ago, so they must still be as wonderful now as they were then, a business doesn’t survive & flourish that long without being good at what they do. Im lucky now that I have lots of doggy sitters when I go away somewhere my boy cant come, but if I do need to take him to a boarding kennel, Sparrows is where I’d be going.

  • Just a quick (but belated!) note to say thanks so much for looking after our dog Bomber over the Easter break. We were very impressed with the great pick-up service offered and the healthy condition that Bomber was in after he came back home.   • When we first went looking for kennels, for our Border Collie, Indy, we were almost spoiled for choice with plenty of places in Yarrambat! The team from Sparrows in the Treetop have so much passion for what they do and respect for all of their furry friends. ALL animals are cleaned before coming home, no matter how long they stay. Indy has so much fun there, she comes home and sleeps for days! One sign of a good kennel is one where your pet is happy to return. Whenever we go back to Sparrows in the Treetop, Indy is so excited with her tail continuously wagging and she doesn’t even look back to say goodbye! I could not recommend this kennel more highly and we will continue to use them whenever needed in the future. When searching for a kennel, unfortunately we found out that cheapest is not always the best when it comes to the care of your pet. Another kennel (who will remain nameless) hit Indy in front of us when we went to look at their premises. Imagine what they would have done without us there! At Sparrows in the Treetop, they eased our concerns when they said that they NEVER, EVER hit their animals and that peace of mind to us is worth so much more than a couple of extra dollars per night. We know that we never have to worry about Indy when she is in the care of Sparrows in the Treetop staff.
