Boarding Prices

Please note: Our boarding prices will be increasing by between $2 – $5 a night from 1 February 2024.

Boarding Prices for 2023

Kittens & Cats: $27* per night per pet

Puppies & Dogs (outside peak periods): $36* for small dogs and up to $50 for larger dogs – per night, per pet (NB: A small number of breeds attract a higher rate of $60).

*prices are per night, NO extra daytime rates apply.

“Unique To Sparrows” Price Inclusions Are:

• Top brand pet food, with the option to use your own specific brand of dog food, we can personalise the style of feeding requirements.
• 2 outdoor play times in our large grassed & shaded lawn area and in the “off season” extra outdoor play time
• Automatic kennel size upgrade according to dog size
• Dog wash before checking out for stays of 3 nights or longer
• Flea & health inspection upon arrival of all pets
• Extra care taken during hot weather
• 24hr on-site staff and vet access.
• There are NO extra charges in our per night boarding rate!

Peak Holiday Periods

Kittens & Cats: $32* per night per pet

Puppies & Dogs (peak periods): $41* for small dogs and up to $55 for larger dogs – per night, per pet (NB: A small number of breeds attract a higher rate of $80).

Single Kenneling: $80 per night per pet. Unless paired with a dog from the same family or in exceptional circumstances, breeds such as Akita, Bull Arab, Bulldogs, Bull Terrier, Cattle Dog, Chow Chow, Doberman, Great Dane, Greyhound, Heeler, Husky, Mastiff, Malamute, Maremma, Mountain Dog, Ridgeback, Rottweilers, Shepherd, Staffies and any Staffy crosses, Weimaraner, Wolfhound and all dogs deemed to be anti-social will be housed in a single kennel.

Christmas/New Years holiday period (19 December – 26 January)

• 14 night minimum booking (any booking which includes dates between 25 December to 4th January)
• 7 night minimum booking during peak period outside of the dates detailed in the 14 night minimum line above
• $200 deposit required

Any bookings cancelled on or after 1st December, incur full booking fee.

Easter and school holidays: Minimum 7 Day Charge

• $100 deposit required

Price On Application Services Are:

Specialised kennel & caring services – Outside of peak periods.

For your special needs, ageing or diabetic pets!

Our services can include:

• Injections throughout the day
• General daily medical & cleanliness care
• Post-operative care
• Personal one-on-one attention plus all special needs pets are housed & cared for away from the main kennels.

Pick Up & Drop Off Service:

Our pick up & drop off service operates regularly throughout the week. Price varies depending on the area you live in.

All prices are freely available when contacting us on 03 9436 1307 for cats, dogs or transport to selected areas. All prices are totally inclusive and there are no ‘add ons’ at the end of your stay. We charge on a ‘nightly’ rate where others charge per day.
