This review is long overdue, but finding Sparrows in the Treetops was such a blessing. We have a Rottweiler with a history of reactivity, so finding somewhere that could accommodate him safely, privately, and with genuine understanding felt almost impossible. From the very beginning, Sparrows took all of that anxiety away.

The team were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They took the time to understand his history and organised a meet-and-greet before his stay, which immediately gave us so much confidence. The facilities themselves are absolutely beautiful too, such a peaceful, quaint property surrounded by gorgeous trees and lovely buildings. We had never used boarding before, I was worried about putting him in an environment that was cold or under stimulating, but the private suite- my goodness even I would comfortably stay there!

During his stay, our boy had a small health issue while we were difficult to reach overseas. The team handled everything with such care and professionalism, making the right decisions, organising vet visits promptly, and always putting his wellbeing first. Knowing he was in such capable and caring hands meant the world to us.

I honestly never thought we’d be able to go away for an extended holiday without constantly worrying about him, or spending a fortune, but Sparrows and their wonderful team made that possible. They kept us updated throughout his stay, truly went above and beyond, and he came home happy, healthy, and so well cared for. He loved his daily runs, and it was clear the team respected his need for space while giving him plenty of individual attention and affection.

I genuinely don’t think we could find a place we trust more. Thank you for giving us the chance to enjoy our holiday with complete peace of mind, knowing our beloved boy was receiving the very best care. We are so incredibly grateful and couldn’t recommend Sparrows in the Treetops more highly.

Fantastic kennels. Have been bringing my dog here for years and have no complaints. They even took him to the vet when he needed to medical attention and kept me updated whilst on my holiday which was amazing. As we all know, fur baby owners can be demanding.. they're family.. to us..

I was looking for a kennel for my dog and did a few inspections in the area, what stood out with Sparrows was the new state of the art facility, lovely polished floors and the climate control heating/cooling which gave me comfort that Jessie was kept cool on those very hot days. Sparrows in the treetop was great. First time taking my dog to stay at a kennel accommodation. The enclosures are set up well for dogs and the staff are excellent professionals and lovely to deal with. Highly recommend if you're heading away , your pooch will have alot of care there.
