Christmas - Min 14 Day Charge.
Easter and school holidays - Min 7 Day Charge. 

All prices are freely available when contacting us via the telephone for cats, dogs or transport to selected areas.

Special Conditions:
Pets will only be delivered into the hands of the owner.

Our home service requires the owner or a responsible member of the family to be present for collection or delivery. We will not deliver to unattended homes under any circumstances.

Sparrows In The Treetop shall not be responsible for any loss or injury arising from any cause whatsoever. As dogs are permitted to mix, a minor injury is possible but unlikely. However, this should always be considered.

Terms:
Admissions to be at Sparrows in the Treetop between 7:30am - 12:00noon strictly. 

Collections can occur at any time between 7:30am - 3:30pm. There is no need to ring as your pet will be ready on the date that you have nominated. (Please advise if it is likely to be after 2:00pm in fairness to your pets' welfare.)

Public Holidays Deliveries & Collections between 9:00am - 11:00am only. 

We are NOT open Sundays, Christmas Day or Good Friday.

Account to be paid in full upon collection or home delivery.
A nett 7 day account will carry a fee of $5.00, then $10.00 per week thereafter.
A deposit may be requested for certain periods.
Any Deposits taken for peak periods will be forfeited upon cancellation.
Management reserve the right to charge full booking fee to clients that fail to cancel or attend bookings during peak periods.
All charges are subject to alteration without notice.
During school holiday periods, dates and services booked will be charged whether used or not. This only applies to school holidays to enable us to assist everyone.

Code of practice for the operation of boarding establishments
I hereby agree that if the need arises, my dog may be housed in shared accommodation, or exercised with another dog during its stay at Sparrows In The Tree Top.
This agreement shall be ongoing and is applicable to future bookings. I will receive and acknowledge an introduction sheet explaining the conditions my pet or pets are boarding under on my pets' admission, and, I accept these terms and conditions as outlined on this website.
