WELL MAINTAINED ACCOMMODATION
Your extra family members can stay in clean well maintained accommodation in some of the freshest & most hygienic natural surroundings known to man. Our enclosures are spacious and determined by the size of your pets.  We encourage similar sized dogs to be housed together and it is our preference to house two pets from the same family together.

DAILY EXERCISE
We have full time attendants to care for your Pet's needs. They are exercised twice daily for 15 - 20 minutes in our quarter acre grassed area.  Your dog/s are washed and groomed before returning home. Cats are allowed to stroll whilst we are freshening up their enclosure. Cats are groomed prior to handing back to their owners. Heating and cooling is available to meet your pet's every need.

RELAX WITH OUR LATE PICK UP
Our rate policies are on a per night basis with late check out, right up to 3:45pm, (Excluding Sundays or Public Holidays 9:00am - 11:00am exclusively) so you can relax when you get home.  Your pet will be ready for collection on the day you nominate from 7:30am. There is no need for your phone call to check this unless you have returned early from your commitment/break. 

 

If you intend to collect your pet earlier than your date, please allow us at least 24 hours notice, more in peak periods, so that we can ensure Grooming is performed to our exacting specification.  (Note that dates/services booked during school holiday periods are enforced wether used or not. This is often experienced at Christmas/New Year & Easter periods.)  Please advise us if your intention to collect your pets' is after 2:00pm for the welfare of your extra 'family members'.  Pets are not fed on your collection day to assist them with travel sickness and to minimise the potential for deposits in your vehicle.
