Thank you for exploring the possibility of caring for your pet/s with us. There is no bigger responsibility than caring for someone's' children, photos or their pets. We pride ourselves on pet welfare and it is our number one priority. We would welcome your inspection any day except school holiday periods including Christmas, New Year, Good Friday and Sundays when we are closed to the public. You are most welcome to visit any other day between 7:30am - 3:30pm. We need to sight a current Vaccination Certificate on admission for dogs (C5 - Distemper/Hepatitis/Parvo Virus. We also encourage Kennel Cough vaccination.) whilst at our establishment wether visiting to inspect or for admissions. Your vet will be able to advise you on vaccination requirements if you suggest your pet's are having a holiday with us. Deliveries are to us in the morning between 7:30am - 12:00 noon. Collections From us are anytime between 7:30am - 3:30pm on the date that you nominate. We also offer a collection/delivery service to selected areas on a Monday, Wednesday & Friday usually between 6:00am - 9:00am to fit in with work commitments. We do not offer our transport service on weekends or Public Holidays. (Please let us know if you need to leave your address by a certain time so that we might fit in with you. We only collect and deliver to a responsible person at home addresses and never from or to an unoccupied premises.) We supply all food, bowls, bedding and care whilst in attendance at Sparrows in the Treetop for both dogs & cats. Dogs are exercised in a quarter acre grassed area twice per day 15 - 20 minutes. Free exercise with maximum of two dogs allowed out per "run". Unless the number of family members exceeds two pets when they will be exercised together. Our day yards are quite spacious and they have access to the sleeping quarters that are heated and insulated from the elements, 24 hours of the day. We prefer to house dogs from the same family together and inquire if they need to be separated to feed? Prior to your collection or return home by us we bath and groom every dog that comes to us. We encourage people to leave their pets with us overnight or for a weekend so that everyone becomes familiar with ''Sparrows' routine and has worked well with other devoted pet owners previously leading up to the big holiday apart. This is so that we may become familiar with you and your pet/s. We have just had a customers' cat who has stayed with us for over 7 years pass away. "Penny'" will be sadly missed. We previously had a pair of Huskies that stayed with us for 2 years. A pair of labradors boarded with us for 8 months last year while their owners sold their house. We are certainly no stranger to longer term boarding. We are one of the largest and one of the longest established family owned and operated boarding establishments with a number of unique differences in the marketplace.
