Thank you for exploring the possibility of caring for your pet/s with us. There is no bigger responsibility than caring for someone's' children, photos or their pets. We pride ourselves on pet welfare and it is our number one priority.

We would welcome your inspection any day except school holiday periods including Christmas, New Year, Good Friday and Sundays when we are closed to the public, so you are most welcome to visit any other day between 7:30am - 3:30pm.

We need to sight a current Vaccination Certificate on admission for cats (C3 Cat Flu/Feline Enteritis) whilst at our establishment wether visiting to inspect or for admissions. Your vet will be able to advise you on vaccination requirements if you suggest your pet's are having a holiday with us.

Deliveries are to us in the morning between 7:30am - 12:00 noon. Collections from us are anytime between 7:30am - 3:30pm on the date that you nominate.
(Both Collection & Deliveries are conducted between 9:00am - 11:00am exclusively on Public Holidays.)

We also offer a collection/delivery service to selected areas on a Monday, Wednesday & Friday usually between 6:00am - 9:00am to fit in with work commitments. This service is not conducted on weekends or Public Holidays. (Please let us know if you need to leave your address by a certain time so that we might fit in with you. We only collect and deliver to a responsible person at home addresses and never from or to an unoccupied premises.) We supply all food, bowls, bedding and care whilst in attendance at Sparrows in the Treetop for both dogs & cats.

Cats enjoy a similar environment to the dogs but are segregated from the dogs. These enclosures are under one roof that is heated and insulated while offering terrific fresh air to recirculate. We also provide an outdoor cattery to cater for our feline friends that enjoy more of their time out rather than in. Cats are also exercised whilst we freshen up the enclosure for hygienic reasons for 15 - 20 minutes to chat with other felines in a secure environment. Cats are groomed prior to returning home.

On public holidays we only open for 2 hours between 9:00am - 11:00am strictly without exception.

At this time we do not make internet bookings like the airlines or hotels and talk in person or over the phone exclusively.

We encourage people to leave their pets with us overnight or for a weekend so that everyone becomes familiar with ''Sparrows' routine and has worked well with other devoted pet owners previously leading up to the big holiday apart. This is so that we may become familiar with you and your pet/s.

We have just had a customers' cat who has stayed with us for over 7 years pass away. "Penny'" will be sadly missed. We are certainly no stranger to longer term boarding .

We are one of the largest and one of the longest established family owned and operated Cattery & boarding establishments with a number of unique differences in the marketplace.
