Only 3 owners have operated this business. All have had dog showing experience. When are you available for contact? Our hours of of operation are: Monday to Saturday: 7:30am to 4:00pm Public Holidays: 9:00am to 11:00am We do not open Sundays, Christmas Day or Good Friday. Earlier delivery and collection may be arranged so please do not hesitate to ask us for assistance. We will receive telephone at any reasonable hour, on any day. What health certificates will I need to produce? We are sure your pet is about to enjoy a marvellous holiday, however, to ensure your complete satisfaction, we ask you to carefully read the following. The owner of the animal shall produce:- (a) A current distemper/hepatitis and C.P.V. (Pravo) vaccination certificate in respect of the dog. (b) A current feline enteritis vaccination certificate in respect of the cat. (c) For indoor cattery a cat flu vaccination. Most certificates are only valid for 12 months. The animal presented shall be in a healthy condition and all illnesses and allergies must be declared. Are there any charges for grooming? Each animal accepted is subject to a thorough check for cleanliness and general condition. If cleaning or delousing is necessary before admission, there will be a charge Grooming before admission will be charged on time spent. Individual grooming charges during accomodation advised where applicable. All dogs will be returned into owners hands washed and groomed. What are the fees and charges for pet transport? For pick up. The Management operates a pick-up and delivery service to advised areas from Monday to Friday during school holidays and on three days per week other times. There will be a charge for pick-up. Please call the office for a price. This inexpensive service to be efficient requires your presence at the arranged time. As the home service is generally completed by 1:00pm, 24 hours notice is desirable to avoid disappointment, particularly with the return of one's pet. All charges are subject to alteration without notice, a deposit may be requested for certain holiday periods. During school holiday periods dates booked will be charged weather used or not to assist us in helping everybody. Also There is no need to feed your pet on the collection day. For personal delivery. Deliveries must be made a.m. on selected day. We request your attendance as close to the time as possible. A minimum of three hours notice required for personal collection. No appointment times for collection will be considered after 3:45 p.m. on any business day, phone call to be made by 1:00 p.m. Un-notified collection of cats p.m. will be charged for departure day. Do you cater to my pet's special diet? Individual diets are prepared for eczema sufferers and foods 'out of the ordinary' will be served upon request. As extra time is required for the preparation of these meals an additional service charge may be made. |
